No. Our Custom Shoot Builder calculates a 50% deposit to secure your booking and initiate the courier. The final balance is only due once your gallery is ready for download

What if my items are damaged or need deep retouching?

Every item includes a complimentary 60-second in-house touch-up for basic dust and lint. If items arrive with deep scratches or severe label damage, we will pause and quote you for advanced editing before proceeding.

How do I tell you the specific names of my products?

You don’t need to do that here! Once your deposit clears, our system automatically sends you a quick digital intake form to list your specific SKU names, barcodes, and styling notes
