How do I get my files?

We make use of Pass Image Gallery for Gallery views and proofing, and then share your Collection with you via Google Drive, ensuring that your content is safe and secure. 

Which file formats can you supply?

Not only can we shoot in 360, we can also deliver High Quality, Optimised images for a variety of Social Media and Digital platforms. File types include PNG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, HTML5, Animated GIF, 360 viewer, MP4 Video, Animated Video, e-Commerce Optimised

What do I have to prepare for my Product Shoot

In order to successfully shoot all of your products, we will firstly need to ensure that they are looking their best. Here follows a couple of basic pointers: 

  1. Choose the best Version of the Product for photography, clear from obvious damage, defects or dirt
  2. Make sure that your products have been throughly cleaned, polished, washed, steamed or ironed prior to the session. Imperfections can show up very quickly in Product photography
  3. Take the time to label each of your items and make a list of how many items you have. If you have various colours, each colour will count as a product or item
  4. Create a stock list or make use of easy to use Booking Form. We will need to be able to quickly recognise each item, collection and series.
  5. Put your products in bags or bubble wrap in order to protect them during transit. Once we have received both your Stock List & Products, we will double check everything and confirm that we have received all in good order prior to shooting.

Can we shoot Large Products?

First, what do we mean when we say Large product? We define a Big or Large item as anything that is more than 1m wide or 1m high.

Large items are photographed in a more traditional Studio setting, and requires a little bit more planning and logistics. If you have Large items, please let us know what they are and how big they are. We will discuss the available options with you and then take it from there. 

Can I use the images for Social Media or my Website?

Regardless of what industry your company is in, your customers are using social media & the internet on a daily basis. It’s important to keep them engaged, and connected to your brand to ensure you’re always their first option.

How and when do I ship my products to you?

As soon as we have discussed your options and you have selected what you would like from the shoot, we send you a formal quote. Once approved from your side, we will send you an Order Confirmation email together with our Product Check In form, which you will need to complete. 

The next step to prep your products, label, and packaged and sent to us via courier. 

We also have a Delivery & Collection Courier Option which you can opt for, chat to us about the options. 

How Many Photos Do You Take?

We can take as little as 1 or as many as you want of each product. Most of our Packages will cater for 1-8 Alternating Product Images, dependant on the Package. As a base minimum we will always have at least 3 images per Product, consisting of various angles, detail or finishes.

Do You Offer Lifestyle photos or Props?

We do offer a selection of lifestyle photos. Please contact us and let us know what you have in mind, and we will let you know if that is something we can shoot for you and provide an estimate. Lifestyle sessions are done on request and will follow a detailed project plan.

If you would like to include props with your photo, please do let us know and include them when you ship your products. 

Do you Charge By The Photo or Product?

We charge per product, with a selection of standard inclusions in order to offer you more value from one solution.

We also have a selection of cool media add-ons that you can take which is charged for per add-on/ service, and then added to the base price. If you have multiple colours of one item, each colour of the item will be counted as 1 product. 

How do I get my products Back?

Once we are done shooting, and you have approved the content and paid in full, the products will be shipped back to you via our courier, delivered,  or collected from our Office in Garsfontein, Pretoria

What if I Want Changes?

At K360, we are all about ensuring that your approval is our No 1 Priority. While do very rarely have to reshoot a product, should there be any valid reason, we will gladly reshoot the product to ensure that it meets your satisfaction. 

Do you edit the images?

As with all things photography, we do retouch our images to ensure that only the best of the best reaches you for all of our Solutions.

Please note however, that we do not as a Standard retouch Product Photos with our base packages. There is however the option of selecting the add-on for your product photography solution if this is not included, which is charged for per product, at a minimal rate.
