How to order your Product Images
Follow our easy 5 Step Process
We have made it our Mission to make Product Photography for e-Commerce easier to understand, easier to integrate your e-Commerce & Social Media platforms and more relatable than ever. That's why we have optimised our process. At K360 it is not only our mission to give you stunning product images that look next level, but images that will be fit for purpose and approved by your e-Commerce Provider
Please send us a Booking Request with your Selected images, Style selection & e-commerce Platforms
We will send you a Quote & product information form for you to complete and return to us along with your booking fee.
Next we will gather all of your specific angles, special handling instructions of your product and
Label, wrap, pack & Ship your Products to our Product Photography Studio in the Western Cape
We shoot, edit & share your Photos and as soon as you confirm that are happy with the shots, we ship them back.

Base Rate Per Product

Product Photography Rates
We work on a Base rate per Product, per Image. The base number of images select, will be the general base rate for all your Products. Decide how many images you would like per Product to get your Base Rate per product.
Base Rate Example: (10 products x 1 image per Product – R 150 x 10 = R1500)

Special Requirements - Surcharges
These items will automatically have a surcharge fee added to them, and we may need to do a little more magic and logistics to make them look amazing online. Items that will require a little bit more magic and logistics on our side to make them look perfect and stand out.
Perishable Items
- Includes products that have a limited time frame for us to shoot to stay fresh . Items such a s Fruit & Veg and balloons with Helium etc.
Hanging items
- Products like Handbags and bags with straps, closet dividers, Christmas decorations, Light Fittings, ceiling fans, Decor etc.
Assembly Required
- When you send us your products disassembled, and we will need to put them together, or when we have to take it a part to showcase each of the parts individually for your Product Items.
Damaged Products
- 10% Discount on Base Rate
Volume Bookings
Volume Bookings
We understand that putting up your online store can be costly, so we have come up with a way to help cut down on costs even further. Volume discounts applicable on a per single order basis only.
1-10 items
- Standard Rates apply
10-25 items
- 5% Discount on Base Rate
25-50 items
- 7,5% Discount on Base Rate
50-75 items
- 10% Discount on Base Rate
75 - 100+ items
- 15% Discount on Base Rate
The final rate per product will be calculated as: Base Rate + any Optional extra's - Volume Discount
** Lead Times & Delivery Dates: We only start shooting once we have received all the Items / SKU's for your order, Your completed Production Information forms, & payment. Your Product photography session will be scheduled to go into Production once all the above have been received. Your shoot date will be communicated to you via email once the session has been booked.
Lead times may vary from 7-10 working days from Shoot date.
