How do we work?

Your budget, your rules

You determine your Rate

Your product photography is super important because it’s the first thing customers notice about what you offer. By putting in the effort to create eye-catching visuals, you're setting yourself up for a successful online presence. At K360 Product Photography, we keep things flexible by charging per product instead of by the hour. This way, you can choose what works best for you and set your own rate.

Create your shot list to determine how many images you need per product

Create a list of shots that you would like for your Products. This will help you determine how many images per product you will need, and which shots are must have vs nice to have

The number of images will determine your Final Rate

We work on a Base Rate per Product, per image. Decide how many images you would for your Products to get your Base Rate. The base rate you choose will be applied to all products in your order.

Decide on your Look & Finish option

Once you've selected your image style & layouts, we create a set of Image Templates for your brand & save them for Future. Next time, we shoot your products in the exact same way so that your store stays clean & consistent.

How to order your Product Images

Follow our easy 5 Step Process

We have made it our Mission to make Product Photography for e-Commerce easier to understand, easier to integrate your e-Commerce & Social Media platforms and more relatable than ever. That's why we have optimised our process. At K360 it is not only our mission to give you stunning product images that look next level, but images that will be fit for purpose and approved by your e-Commerce Provider

Complete our Online Booking Form with your Product details and Shoot Instructions

Once we get your request, our team will take a close look and send you a tailored quote. We want to make sure each project fits your needs, so don’t hold back on sharing any details or special requests. If you need help filling out the form or have any questions, just let us know!

We send you a Quote, and once you Approve, you send us your Products

We'll give you a Quote and Product Information Form to gather all the details we need about your product, shooting preferences, and any special instructions for your session. Rest assured, we’ll handle your information carefully, and we're committed to making your session professional and tailored just for you.

We prepare your products, photograph them, and deliver a stunning gallery of your new product images.

We absolutely love showcasing the unique beauty of your products! Using cutting-edge technology and our creative flair, we capture stunning images. After the shoot, we meticulously edit them to perfection, delivering a fabulous gallery of high-resolution photos for all your marketing needs!

Once you are happy, we send your final invoice and direct download links

If you made any changes, we will send those to you. Once you are happy, we will send your final invoice. You will also receive direct download links.

We pack and ship your Products Back to you

When we are done, we carefully check and pack your products and ship them back to you. If you do not want your samples back, you are welcome to let us know then we can donate them to someone.

Start by choosing your own base rate, which is charged per product based on the number of images you would like. Once you have your base rate, multiply it by the number of products you want photographed.

Then, add the optional extras you selected to get your final rate per product.

Base Rate Example

For 10 products, you opt for 1 image for each. The cost is R125 per image. So, the total cost is R1250 (R125 x 10).

Extra Shots: You can get additional images for R75 each, for every product.

The final rate per product will be calculated as: Base Rate + any Optional extra's - Volume Discount

** Volume Booking Discounts: Please remember that all items in your order must be shipped together. They should be sent as one single order per quote to qualify for any volume booking discounts. Your final invoice will depend on the actual number of items you receive. It will follow our pricing sliding scale and include any extra add-ons.

With this in mind there are a few general rules that apply to most e-tailers today, as seasoned Professionals we understand this.

Choose your Finish

Simply decide how many images you would like per product and then select your Angles to get your Base rate per product. The final rate per product will be calculated as: Base Rate + any Optional extra's less Volume Discount

Besides making ideal for you to instantly access your gallery anywhere in the world to download + share + upload. It’s about setting yourself apart from the rest, being unique in your offering and in getting creative with how you do it.

Your order moves into Production

We schedule & Shoot your Products

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Editing & Fine Tuning

We use a number of specialised shooting & Lighting techniques to capture that perfect image, and then once we have the perfect Image, we Fine tune & polish it even further during the Post Process Production so that it is perfect and ready to use.

File Renaming

The edited images are renamed according to the details you provided on your forms and exported. These images are then double checked, and uploaded to PASS Image gallery which will be used to view your images online.

Pass Image Gallery

When your shoot is done, your images will be uploaded to Pass Image Gallery, where you will receive a link to view. This Gallery can be shared, and will be active for a period of 1 month, after which it will expire automatically.

Google Drive Secure Link

Once full payment has been made, we will send you a direct link to our Google Drive folder so you can Download your Images. This folder contains all of your files. You have 90 days to download your, after which they will be archived.

Once we have received your completed forms, Products and confirmation of payment, your order will move into Production. We will send you the shoot date and ETA via email once your order is booked.
